Be part of a FREE event marking the end of slavery in the United States of America.

(Inside the Church Building. Capacity: 80 people)

Featuring NYC-based saxophonist David Murray and pianist George Burton. With selections from C. Anthony Bush’s Battle Hymn of a Freedman, a powerful musical that honors the 209,145 United States Colored Troops (USCT) soldiers who played a significant and active role in securing victory over slavery during the U.S. Civil War.

Refreshments will be available.
